We are a small to medium-sized Italian company that has chosen to work with Italian suppliers and remains open to technological and digital innovation: a flexible business, yet structured and technologically advanced in every department.

We have always invested in the innovation of our processes and customer service—starting with automation and management software, and later integrating CRM systems and online communication.

Automation of the Production Process

We have implemented an integrated system that allows us to monitor production, logistics, customer relations, and support services.

The core of our digital transformation is the interconnection of departments. We use ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software to manage orders, inventory, production, and administration in an integrated way. To support production, we rely on MES (Manufacturing Execution System) that enables us to monitor job progress and resource availability in real-time.

Thanks to Modula automatic warehouses, we can track stock levels in real-time and plan production more efficiently. The use of robotic machining systems allows us to continue manufacturing even at night, when the facility is closed: once programmed, our robots operate autonomously. Our choice to primarily use 5-axis machining centers from Hermle enables us to carry out complex operations in a single setup, achieving higher precision in our processes.

CRM and Customer Relationships

Our customer relationship management is also supported by technology. With our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, we can track inquiries, quotes, orders, and support cases, ensuring our technical-sales office has all the necessary information to respond accurately and promptly.

The website is now available in three languages – Italian, English, and German – to support clients around the world who choose our products. We are also working on adding new languages.

Through our blog, newsletter (which includes dedicated communications for our clients), and social media channels (Facebook, X and LinkedIn), we share updates, product news, technical insights, and helpful tips, many of which are inspired by customer feedback. It’s our way of staying connected with those who work every day with Vivoil hydraulic components—and of being helpful, even from afar.
