Vivoil: hydraulic pumps, motors and flow dividers for agricultural machinery
Vivoil’s range of agricultural machinery includes hydraulic pumps with external gears (unidirectional and reversible), hydraulic motors with external gears (unidirectional and reversible), multiple hydraulic pumps with external gears already assembled or in stages to be assembled, flow dividers.
All Vivoil components are manufactured in Italy, and each article is assembled by hand and then tested.
Pumps, motors and flow dividers are available in different displacements for maximum performance in all conditions, and are divided into four size groups (0, 1, 2, 3 according to our classification), so that you can choose the most suitable product for your needs. Here is an overview of the performances achieved:
- – the displacement of Vivoil unidirectional and reversible pumps varies between 0.16 cm3/rev and 86.87 cm3/rev, the rotation speed reaches up to 9000 rpm, and the maximum pressures reach 320 bar
- – the displacement of Vivoil unidirectional and reversible motors varies between 0.45 cm3/rev and 86.87 cm3/rev, the rotation speed reaches up to 9000 rpm, the maximum pressures reach 320 bar
- – the displacement of Vivoil flow dividers varies between 0.16 cm3/rev and 86.87 cm3/rev, and the maximum pressures reach 300 bar
- – the displacement of Vivoil multiple pumps and multiple pump stages varies between 0.16 cm3/rev and 86.87 cm3/rev, and the maximum pressures reach 320 baz
We can customize most of our products with valves (anti-cavitation, maximum pressure relief, priority, bypass electric), heavy-duty application supports, and different flange and shaft configurations.

Examples of application
Some of our components can be very useful for those working with livestock and must control vegetation growth. These are the manifold flow divider with instant realignment MIA-FD Manifold Instantaneous Auto-compensating Flow Divider), and the high-pressure shaft seal:
- MIA-FD is able to lift objects with different weights, keeping them aligned. For example, it helps to keep platforms with animals in line, which would lift unbalanced without this divider
- the high pressure shaft seal is a motor accessory useful in lawnmowers, because, without special reinforcements, when the lawnmower hits a stone, the pressure tends to increase and makes the shaft seal come out
Delivery is quick and for our customers there are no minimum quantities to buy.
Dividers, pumps and motors for agricultural traction and operating machines
Our pumps, motors and flow dividers, which utilize the principles of hydraulics, are essential components of many machines used in agriculture, gardening and forestry. Such as wood chippers, which reduce branches and logs in wood chips; or brush cutters, for cutting bushes and grass patches; or again, are used for the construction of lawnmowers and wood-cutting machines.
They are essential components of tractors, contributing to the work of traction, thrust and drive.
Our components are used in traction machines for agricultural products collection such as windrowers; in those for the distribution of fertilizers and pesticides such as atomizers; or even, in machines for pruning in vineyards such as pruning machines; or for the mechanical shredding of stubble, pruning residue and weeds such as mulchers.
They also enable the operation of forklifts trucks, which have to move heavy loads, such as fruit in boxes and crates, pallets and hay bales.
