Vivoil Product Warranty
VIVOIL OLEODINAMICA VIVOLO SRL guarantees to the customer, to his/her sole advantage, that its products shall not contain defects in workmanship or material if these are used under normal conditions and in accordance with the recommendations of our Company.
Under these conditions, the warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of manufacture indicated on the product.
When the warranty does not apply
This warranty does not apply to all those products which, in our sole judgment, are found to have been handled negligently, misused, tampered with, or installed in the wrong applications.
Repairs and replacements
This warranty is limited to the repair and replacement of the products, only if after careful inspection by VIVOIL OLEODINAMICA VIVOL they prove to be defective from the start and are within the warranty periods provided.
In this regard, there will be no credits or refunds from our Company for defective products, but the replacement of the original parts.
Defective products
The defective products contested and under warranty must be sent to VIVOIL OLEODINAMICA VIVOLO SRL free of shipping costs. Shipments to be paid by the recipient will not be accepted.
If, following a careful examination of the product, it is found that the defect is attributable to VIVOIL OLEODINAMICA VIVOLO, the part will be shipped to you repaired and the costs will be borne by VIVOIL, while if the returned product is not found to be defective and is not covered by warranty, the customer will be charged the cost of inspection, and, if applicable, of replacement parts, and it will be returned with the transport costs borne by the recipient.
This warranty is the only warranty provided on VIVOIL OLEODINAMICA VIVOLO SRL products. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by VIVOIL OLEODINAMICA VIVOLO directly to the customer.
