Flow dividers are components more complicated than others. The correct understanding of how they work can make the difference between a good installation and a problematic one.
We want to create small simplified guidelines to explain how to choose, use, install, adjust our flow dividers.
HOW TO ADJUST RELIEF VALVE ON FLOW DIVIDERS RV-0S and RV-1S
This series has a single valve that simplifies the adjustment because the valve setting is applied to all the element.
STEP 1 - Place the pressure gauge on the gauge hole.

STEP 2 – Plug one of the flow divider outlets and let the others discharge the flow.
STEP 3 – Remove the protection nut on top of the valve, loosen the locknut and adjust the relief valve turning the screw (imbedded hexagon).
Note: The pressure value has to be 10 – 20 bars lower than the pressure value for the initial opening of the plant security value.
STEP 4 – Tighten the locknut taking care not to move the adjusting screw and close with the top nut. Remove the pressure gauge and plug again the hole.
